ROOM RATES: Rates are from 01 Jan 2008 and inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. All rates are per room per night. Breakfast inclusive per person per night.

CHILDREN AND PETS: We are unable to accommodate pets.
MISCELLANEOUS: Prices exclude Christmas, New Year and Mid Season Bank Holidays. The Atlantic has a non smoking policy in all of its rooms restaurant and bars, however a smoking area is provided. Only children under the age of 14 in family rooms.
BOOKING A ROOM: All bookings are required to be guaranteed - either by a current credit or debit card or deposit equivalent to the first night's accomodation. In the event of non-arrival the first night's accomodation will be charged and subsequent nights will be released. Seasonal and special interest breaks require a deposit at the time of booking with full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 1 week of arrival date may require full payment at time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted (Excluding Amex). CANCELLATIONS: All bookings cancelled after 3pm on the day before arrival will be subject to a charge for the first nights accomodation.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Group Bookings are 4 rooms or more. A deposit of 50% of total booking is required at the time of booking. Group bookings cancelled after 3pm, 7 days in advance of booking will be subject to non-refund of deposit AND a charge for the first nights accomodation for all rooms.
SPECIAL OFFERS: All bookings are subject to availability and an allocation of rooms. When this allocation is reached, the hotel cannot accept any more bookings at this rate, even though the hotel may not be fully booked.
EXTRA BEDS: We may have additional beds available. Please enquire at time of booking. An additional charge of £20 per night applies.
